In this program, you will learn how to build healthy habits that support a life of well-being. The program will focus on tips for managing a healthy weight through goal setting and behavior change. A variety of topics will be discussed including building balanced meals, understanding the macronutrients and navigating the food label, healthy meal planning, mindful eating, and tips for weight maintenance.
It is hoped these smart solutions and tools will help you improve your eating habits and achieve your health and wellness goals.
